I finished high school in Nepal and taught mathematics for 6 years. I have diplomas in hospitality management and commercial cookery from Sydney, Australia. I have 7 years of experience working in kitchens in roles such as kitchen hand, cook, chef de partie, and kitchen manager. I am familiar with Australian, American, French, Spanish, and Italian cuisines. I hope to use my experience and education to further my career goals in the hospitality and culinary industries.

BHHIDHHALYA, Kathmandu Nepal and proficiency certificate level with Tribhuban
University Kathmandu Nepal. I taught mathematics 6 years in children Heaven High
school,6-ramhiti,boudha Kathmandu Nepal.
I'm going to tell you about my future plan for the work program about on international
culinary arts.
I am inspiring with various chefs, colleges, teachers, family members and neighbourhood. I
always do and will something new in food industries in my future endeavour .I really would
like to be a chef or Hotel manager in my life.
I have diploma hospitality management, certificate IV on commercial cookery as well from
Sydney Australia and my profession, educational back grand all about the food industries.
I have already crossed various stages like steward , assistant ,handy man ,kitchen hand cook
comic and pizza chef, demi chef and chef de party, kitchen in charge as well I was an
experienced kitchen crew members last seven years.
All of the experience and knowledge from Australia and Nepal on food& beverage
management also i started my carer from Sydney Australia. I am Familiar with Modern
Australian, Australian, American French Spanish and Italian food also I have experience in
ala cart menu and set menus.
In hospitality industry I have read and understand about the food, its market also know about
the future career, when I was on Sydney I had a great chance to meet, work and gain
knowledge from celebrities’ master chef big personalities people and my family members.
Different people various cultural food different industries and places which they inspired me
on food industries.
I hope and believe that my professional experience, knowledge, can do my attitude, aim
future goals and my education back ground would be great fit for my assuming future goals.
