6. 1st stop – Bookstore JONAVOS KNYGA

– change everything from interior to

7. 2nd stop – drugstore GINTARINE VAISTINE
It is modern drugstore with p

personnel, good place, clean interior and exterior,
nice colors. You can buy all allowed medicines (no
drugs and antibiotics without prescription), b

one feeling do not left me all the time I was there –
SOMEBODY WATCHING ME AND I WANT OUT AS QUICK
AS POSSIBLE!
Two insight and one opportunity
First. Owners must to do something to eliminate
this chase feeling

Second. Waiting chairs need to be moved to more
convenient place.

8. 3rd and 4th stops – BITE and BTA
Both stores are in same building with same

entrance and same small logos.
BITE is on of few mobile phone buying places in
Jonava. Almost everything is OK with this store
except that inside too dark and ceilings are too
low.
low Opportunity – always give more light to
your own customers. One secret insight – if you
stay in store long enough, girls will offer candies,
coffee or coloring books (depending on age).
Hardest observation was in BTA (insurance company) office. There were two girls

who in few seconds offered me insurance. I try to explain that I just want to look
around, but after few moments I understood – if I stay, I will be insured. Insight

9. 5 th stop – TOPO CENTRAS

I stay longer in this store (I love new gadgets ) This company has many stores in

Lithuania with own corporate style, but in this one, nobody come up to me and ask
what I want. Not after 5,, 15 or 25 minutes… Insight – something must be changed

with personnel behavior in this store. Opportunity – go work there and make
changes for the better.
Second, I did not find any model name on tags near TVs, computers, cameras... There
were just few parameters. This infuriates me very much and I think few others.

10. Last stop – IKI grocery store
Firs what I saw when enter the store where fruits and security guy (nice
combination). But I must say - this store is one of my favorite. Clean, tidy,
with self-service registers and good personnel. Everything as in normal
modern grocery store: f ll shelves with more expensive goods at eyes l l

impulse items near the registers, products placing system and etc.

stores especially if you want
