To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to provide this letter of reference on behalf of Mr. Aurian della Faille as a result of his internship in
Canada from September 6th to December 23, 2016.
In my role as Vice President of Human Resources, with the IPEX Group of Companies in North America, I work
closely with all parts of the organization and am responsible for the internship program. I was very pleased when a
challenging project presented itself in our Supply Chain area, providing an opportunity for Aurian to learn about our
procurement systems and processes.
Aurian was a pleasure to work with and more importantly, he quickly became an important contributor to our Supply
Chain team. We were impressed with his learning agility, flexibility and willingness to take on projects with great
enthusiasm. He was also helpful, organized, driven and respected by his co-workers.
Aurian is a very intelligent young man who did not let roadblocks dampen his excitement. While in Canada he took a
realistic and practical approach to problem solving both in the workplace and his personal life. At work, Aurian
exceeded our performance expectations, assisting us in the implementation of a new demand planning system. His
work was thorough and he diligently worked toward achieving his goals. On a personal level, Aurian took full
responsibility and initiative to find his own accommodations and transport from the moment he arrived through to the
end, never asking for help. Only upon his departure, did I hear about roadblocks he encountered and was impressed
that he never expected others to find solutions for him.
I believe that Aurian will succeed at any challenge he commits to. He seeks solutions through people, is a logical
and analytical thinker and is able to deliver results. This combination is a recipe for success. For these reasons, I
would not hesitate to recommend Aurian to other organizations and wish him well in the future.
