5. truMe: How it Works
• The Wellness Centre Chain adopts truMe platform
• An Admin Module and a number of Reception Modules for each centre are
set-up with login credentials
• Client decides the nature and periodicity of reports
• Each employee and customer downloads truMe App. If the Wellness Centre
has its own App, truMe integrates with that App
• Customers receive their digital Access Pass on the App, basis the plan
subscribed to & payment made
• At the time of entry/ exit, the authorized customer scans her face or the
location QR code on a tablet to open the door. truMe records the time of
entry, exit and occupancy of each customer
• All employees also scan the QR code while entering and exiting the centre.
