1. IOT Based Data Monitoring System
Introduction:
Monitoring services are essential to large scale distributed systems due to its versatile applications. In
Cloud environments, various kinds of applications and facilities bring in even more objects to be monitored. Embedded controlled sensor network is the technology used to implement environmental solutions effectively. Many researchers have been making attempts to develop the embedded controlled sensor network. The existing systems are bulky, very costly and difficult to maintain. The proposed system is cost effective and controlled by user friendly embedded systems. In the proposed system ARM based microcontroller and sensors are used to control the various devices and to monitor the information regarding the environment. And the information’s are transferred to the cloud via internet.
This system has temperature, LDR, Pressure and humidity sensors are interfaced with Microcontroller (ARM Cortex-M4). The ARM Microcontroller has the Ethernet connectivity to transfer the information over the Internet. The graphical interface software is developed using .Net Framework. All the measured parameters are uniformly monitored through this graphical interface.
CC3000 – Wi-Fi module is used to connect the internet via Access point. It can be configure through android application (Smart configuration).
