8. From Vision to Reality
• Staff will be guided by the vision and by the strategic goals
and actions that are contained in the Plan.
• The Plan will be utilized as the basis for developing annual
work plans at the departmental level.
• Staff will monitor and formally report on results every six
months through progress reports to Council, scorecards and
posting results to the City website.
