2015 STAFF CHALLENGE
INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE:
EACH STAFF PERSON HAS AN INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISING GOAL OF $150.00.
Ward Home is committed to raising over $6,000 and recruiting 100 walkers this year!
The STAFF CHALLENGE GOAL is $4,650!
The individual staff member who raises the most amount of money above their
goal will win: ONE PERSONAL DAY as a reward!
Individual Incentives:
1. Register as a walker and make a $25 donation by MARCH 6th and receive
a $25 gift card. Donations can be made online, or via cash or check.
2. Raise at least $150 and get ANOTHER $25 gift card!
3. Raise at least $300 and receive ANOTHER $25 gift card!
Administrative team members will not be eligible to compete for the individual prize.
TEAM CHALLENGE:
The TEAM which raises the most money above and beyond 70% of their goal will
receive the following prizes:
1. A purchase or outing for the teens at your site or in your
program (within $250)
2. Award of a team trophy or plaque that the winning team
will get to display all year!
3. Lunch provided at your June team meeting!
The winning team must have 100% participation from all team members.
Participation is defined as registering for and attending the walk, and/or
raising donations, or donating personally. Any donation a staff member
receives will go toward their team and individual goal.
Team Wilkinsburg and Friendship must raise at least $735 to be eligible for the prize.
Team East McKeesport must raise at least $900 to be eligible for the prize.
Team WISE must raise at least $420 to be eligible for the prize.
The Admin team is not eligible to compete for the team prize.
