Stress Management
When you’re stressed, your brain releases a hormone called Cortisol
which works like a built-in alarm system.
Cortisol levels peak around midday and begin to decrease about
6pm. They require the body to be in REM sleep around 2am, to
repair the brain psychologically and physically.
When the human body is
under intense amounts of
stress, it exhibits the Fight
or Flight Response.

screaming, drinking, or binge watching
