Create a Draft Report
To Create a Draft Report:
1. Do one of the following:
l Click the Create Draft Report QMC button at the bottom right corner of the Map.
The Draft Report Type QMC buttons display.
1. Click a Draft Report Type button to select the type of report.
1. Attack button — Click to specify the type of report as an attack report.
2. Banking & Finance button — Click to specify the type of report as a banking and
finance report.
3. Accident button — Click to specify the type of report as an accident report.
4. Personnel button — Click to specify the type of report as a personnel report.
5. Sensor button — Click to specify the type of report as a sensor report.
6. Manual Surveillance/Intel button — Click to specify the type of report as a manual
surveillance/intel report.

7. Known Insurgent Vehicle button — Click to specify the type of report as a known
insurgent vehicle report.
8. Unknown button — Click to specify the type of report as an unknown report.
9. Rifle/Automatic Weapons button — Click to specify the type of report as a
rifle/automatic weapon report.…
The Add Draft Report menu and the Draft Report panel displays and your mouse
cursor turns into crosshairs.
2. Move your cursor to the location on the map you wish and click to select for the report
location. The Create Draft Report panel displays.
l Ensure the Draft Reports panel displays. See Display the Draft Reports Panel for more
information.
1. Click the Gear button and select Create Report.
The Create Draft Report panel displays and contains the following features:

1. Draft Report Name — Displays the name of the report. Click inside the Add Draft Report
Name field to enter a report name.
2. Location field — Displays the location of the report. Click inside the location fields to type the
location of the report.
NOTE: The location units that display are set in User Preferences. See Configure User
Preferences for more information.
3. Cancel button — Click to cancel the creation of the report.
4. Save & Edit button — Click to save the report. The Details panels displays to edit the report.
This button is disabled until a Draft Report Name is added.
5. Save button — Click to save the report. This button is disabled until a Draft Report Name is
added.
