Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited, Noida. With a turnover of more than 3000 crore, Triveni Group is a
multiunit multiproduct conglomerate with prominent position in Sugar, Distillery, Packed Sugar, Power
Generation, Turbine, Gears and Water treatment plants. Group are among the largest sugar producers in India
having seven Sugar plants, two Co-Generation plants, one Distillery situated in UP.
Presently I am looking after Accounts, Purchase, Stores & other commercial department at Triveni’s Distillery Unit
situated at Muzaffarnagar, U.P., India and my reporting to Vice President (Finance) at Corporate Office, Noida.

o Finalization of Accounts: Managing day-to-day accounting functions in SAP including finalization of timely and
accurate accounting reports at monthly, quarterly, half yearly and on annual basis.
o Statutory Compliance's: Ensuring strict compliance to Statutory, Tax Audit and other compliances through timely
deduction & deposit of various taxes, timely submission of various returns and other government dues.
o Budgeting & Budgetary Control: Formulating budgets on annual basis and review on monthly basis for exercising
effective control over budget allocation vis-à-vis actual expenditure. Analyzing expenses and recommending cost
control.
o Auditing: Managing Internal, Statutory, Tax, Cost Audit functionalities for timely preparation of various audit /
management reports. Implementation / follow up of operating and control procedures set up by the internal
auditors’ and audit committee.
o Management Reports (MIS): Ensuring timely submission of various MIS reports to facilitate decision-making
process by the Top Management. Designing and maintenance of internal control systems for the purpose of
adequate internal control and ensuring the implementation of management policies.
o Funds Management: Ensuring proper utilization of funds. Managing day-to-day funds planning including
preparation of periodical cash flow as per requirement.
o Creditors / Debtors Control: Close monitoring of payable / receivable accounting including cash and credit
collection management. Arranging periodically analysis and reconciliation of vendor / customer accounts.
o Sales Accounting: Day-to-day co-ordination with sales department for better controlling.
o Procurement Management (Purchases): Planning, organizing and supervising the comprehensive purchasing and
contract processes.
o Inventory Management (Stores): Controlling and managing inventory control through analysis and periodically
reporting over non-moving, slow moving and obsolete items through SAP.

Branded Sugar & Triveni Khushali Bazaar (Retail venture).
