♦ Majorly responsible for setting up a substantive Finance and Account system for Africa Prudential
Registrars Plc. This led to creating structures, crafting and designing policies, systems and strategies to
achieve a well structured Finance and Account Department for the company that delivers talent solutions
to the business needs.
♦ Supported and assisted in the work flow model for the acquisition and merger of UACR Ltd operations of
the Finance department in Africa Prudential Registrars Plc for the purpose of achieving better role clarity
and an increased efficiency in processes and profitability.
♦ Majorly responsible for the liquidation of the subsidiary, UACR Ltd and implemented a sustainable
framework to support the stakeholders needs of Africa Prudential Registrars Plc.
♦ Played a pivotal role in project managing, designing and driving the implementation of Sage X3 and
Infoware for Africa Prudential Registrars Plc.
♦ Team Lead in the designing and roll out of the Transfer Pricing Policy and filling returns across the Heirs
Holding Group (which includes, Transcorp Plc, United Capital Plc, Afriland Plc, Africa Prudential
Registrars Plc, Heirs Holdings Ltd, Avon Medicals Ltd, Avon HMO, Transcorp Hotels Plc and Heirs
Insurance Brokers Ltd)
