and make sure all engineering members obey the rule, also setup the department KPIs,
people management and people development planning, department monthly review
and report directly to General Manager (expatriat) and Director, keep good relationship
with customer (almost automotive OEM : Daihatsu, Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Isuzu, Hino
and Mitsubishi).
