Medicate or wisely choose ‘Love & Meditation’? Psychiatrists, many doctors and
‘commercials’ are the pill therapists (the-rapists) for the many victims of depression,
anxiety, and related mind/body disorders. Big Pharma makes billions and more from the so
called ‘experts’ on what cures what, and without ‘clear evidence’ that the claims are tested
and validated as true with test groups. Most of the drugs like paxil, prozak, lithium,
fluoxetine, etc., are little more than bandaids that suppress the immediate problem only for
the need of more drugs coming up for them later often creating other physical ailments that
require other drugs. On and on where many, many tests in research with humans as
guinea pigs showed that when half the group were given placebos, the results were better,
and in the long term, far safer with no where near the drugs side effects. !
!Taking drugs, illegal or legal is like someone who feels a lot of anxiety in social situations
finding alcohol making them relaxed. Alcohol may, but then many, particularly those with
unresolved issues, will assume that they have an alcohol deficiency or just a need to use it to relax without looking at why they are
that way and fixing it. This analogy is emblematic of the practice of dishing out anti depressant drugs. Over the short term they
seem to solve the problem, seeing the drug as proof that they work. Over the long run, the
experience becomes like ‘wrecking balls inside the brain’. !
!Short term relief with ‘drugs for suppressing whatever, is a trap for long term need of even more
help. Thus the dependency on ‘Big Pharma’ and those who peddle the drugs, and sometimes with
good intentions. Stop, and you are often at a high risk of relapsing
and creating many more disorders. Withdrawal has been
documented to create a wide range of new symptoms from
dizziness, electric shock sensations, diarrhea, anxiety, panic,
insomnia and severe depression. In essence, more problems can
and are likely to occur. Follow the money that the manufacturer,
advertiser, and seller make even though you are likely better off
exploring the natural route in addition to good diet, exercise, healthy
thinking, meditation, and well…love of self. !
!This same ‘short term illusion’ works in many situations from the ‘initial fix and euphoria’ only to be
needing more of the ‘snake oil’ that is either not available or doesn’t keep you steadily in a curing of
the problem. Stop and realize that it also happens in love situations. Euphoria in the beginning and
then unresolved issues surface from both where the ‘infected love’ almost never reaches that initial
peak at the beginning.!
!Dependency on other than the love and meditation within you is like a yo-yo going from positive to negative, and a dissatisfaction
that would be greatly reduced in a healthy you. Focus on deep love within, and deep meditating will fill the love in your heart.!
