2. Research Objective
• To study the influence of price on consumers while selecting a cab
service.
• To ascertain the role of innovativeness of the consumers in the
selection of cab services.
• To know the behaviour of consumers towards coupon facility
provided by the cab services.
3. Research Methodology
• Primary Data was collected through structured questionnaires which
was direct interview.
• Geographical location of the respondents is Pune.
4. Questionnaire Making
• Discussed among our group member.
• Used some secondary data while preparing question.
• Comparison between taxi services and there offers what they are
providing accordingly we prepared question.
5. Sampling
• Sample size for this study is 100.
• It was a convenience sampling
• Convenience sampling (also known as availability sampling) is a
specific type of non-probability sampling method that relies on data
collection from population members who are conveniently available
to participate in study.
7. Analysis
Similarities among the cluster
• Most of the people have their own vehicle.
• When it comes to the preference of taxi most of the people choose
OLA.
• They all find the driver professional.
• The fare is reasonable for the consumer.
• The offer and discount are helpful to the consumer while travelling.
• The consumers feel safe in travelling for short and long distance in
the taxi.

Cluster 1
• Consumers prefer taxi for their convenience travelling.
• They use taxi service on a weekly basis.
• The cancellation policy is poor as per the consumer experience.
• The experience of the customer were average
Cluster 2
• Consumers prefer taxi as they don’t have a car for travelling.
• They use taxi service on a monthly basis.
• The cancellation policy is good as per the consumer experience.
• The experiences of the customer were good.

10. • The major takeaways from the study were that many people have
their own two wheeler vehicle.
• The major preferences of most of the people were OLA taxi service
among all the taxi which is available.
