With a career spanning over 35 years In Construction I have and bring a wealth of experience and understanding to the roles & positions
that I have fulfilled. Having a diverse knowledge of Commercial, Civil, & High-rise Construction including Site & Project management of
Apartments, Schools, Bridges, Warehouses, Refurbishment & Green field’s projects.
My Career path has taken me from apprentice with A.W. Baulderstone to Management roles with Contractors, Subcontractors and most
recently Contract Construction Consultant working with Pickard Group, Minuzzo Project Management, Cox Constructions & Cavpower.
I have performed roles in Project & Site Management, Contract Administration, Survey, Finishes & Fitout, Specialist subcontracting in Solid
plastering & Cladding systems as well as programming, training, business systems in OH&S & Quality assurance and tendering. I bring
multiversity of Personal & Business skills, including Qualifications in Coaching, Mentoring, Presentation, NLP & DISC Profiling.
I have fulfilled Leadership and Management roles in diverse and dynamic Construction environments engaging with Clients, Consultants &
Construction teams building strong relationships through collaborative & open communication. The wealth of experiences both personal and
professional along with skills training and personal development has equipped me with the resources and resilience to lead, manage,
communicate with and understand teams & individuals particularly in the construction environment.
Over the past 10 Years I have focused on Personal & Business development in the areas of Contract Administration, Project Management,
Design & Construct Bids, Development of OH&S &Quality systems, Tender Bids Coaching, Mentoring & People Management.
Most recently I have fulfilled a Project Management role with Cavpower. Working closely with the executive team and business owners
developing concepts, feasibility plans designs and implementation of Dealership facilities. This role encompassed scopes of work including
Design & Construct, Client & Consultant liaison, Cost plans Contract administration, Site establishment ,Risk Management, Planning ,
Programming, Team meetings, Subcontract Management, Quality Control, Lifecycle strategies, Photography & Report – Presentations.

 July 2015 achieved completion of Cavpower CRC facility. Recognized as a world class Caterpillar 5
star facility for the rebuilding of equipment components & engines. The first stage of total dealership
development for Cavpower at Gepps Cross South Australia.
 Big W Monarto facility 12,000 m³ of Post tensioned very flat concrete slab 75,000 m² in area within a
5mm tolerance.

 Site Manager on numerous major projects including Jubilee Pavilion extension Royal Showground’s, Hindmarsh Island Bridge,

 Site Manager responsible for major extensions and additions to a fully functional Day Surgery, allowing the client to maintain

My Career path has taken me from apprentice with A.W. Baulderstone to Management roles with Contractors, Subcontractors and most recently Contract Construction Consultant working with Pickard Group, Minuzzo Project Management, Cox Constructions & Cavpower. I have performed roles in Project & Site Management, Contract Administration, Survey, Finishes & Fitout, Specialist subcontracting in Solid plastering & Cladding systems as well as programming, training, business systems in OH&S & Quality assurance and tendering. I bring multiversity of Personal & Business skills, including Qualifications in Coaching, Mentoring, Presentation, NLP & DISC Profiling. I have fulfilled Leadership and Management roles in diverse and dynamic Construction environments engaging with Clients, Consultants & Construction teams building strong relationships through collaborative & open communication.
