Each magazine contents page follows certain codes and conventions. There is usually one large main image and several smaller related images. The page numbers appear down the side next to brief descriptions of each page's contents. Subheadings categorize sections like news, features, and reviews. Font size, color schemes, background color, and column structure remain consistent within each magazine's established layout.

subheadings. These are of the different categories in the
magazine. Eg; News & Stuff, Features and TV & Reviews.
5. Through out a magazine, each individual magazine
will have its own colour scheme running through.
Purple, white, pink and Yellow, red, white and black
black
6. Each magazine contents page has a plain white
background, this is to make the writing and pictures stand out
more.
The writing in a contents page of a magazine is a very
small font, no bigger than size 11.
7. In each contents page there is a structured
layout, either 3 or 4 columns in each
magazine.
