Some points taken to help
• Include data / airtime in budget
• Include lumpsum to help transport (but we are not fully funding..)
• EA rewards remain the same
Issues with data uploads
• Farmer name in registration is different from coordinator report
• EAs not registered (SP and BPP; 198 and 504 – we owe them reward payments …)
• Data gaps (give example of missing events)
• Reports not clear (e.g event) give example and explain
• More than one EA work with one farmer (OYSCGA)
• Loads of duplicate uploads or uploads with modifications in the data
Other issues
• Harvest to be done by farmers and coordinated by EAs!
• Harvest time – some prefer 6 months, some 18 months (depending on market)
