Market Opportunity
‘A comprehensive certification system is the logical
solution, where every rented unit would be legally
obliged to have regulation standards cert. displayed
on the wall. That way, it will be clear that health and
safety; building regulations, and energy efficiency
standards are compliant with the law.’
(Senator A. Hayden Housing, Finance, Children 2013)

19. Who | Mission Statement
Our Mission
Our Mission
Our Goals
With our vast experience of property inspection,
we regret to advise that the standard of
accommodation can be very poor with many
properties being unfit for purpose.
To be honest, impartial, fair and consistent in our
actions and decisions
To earn respect by being respectful of others
To embrace new technology maximising its potential
for our company and for our clients
To ensure that the business of renting, buying and
selling property is transparent
To set higher standards for accommodation buyers and
sellers alike
To convey information clearly to clients to empower
the decision makers.
Our mission is to stay focused, use technology to
set high inspection standards and lead the way in
property certification.
We will continue to promote the benefits of a
transparent independent inspection process to
improve accommodation standards generally.
This will ensure inspection standards are
established and that our actions result in higher
standards and better regulation overall.

‘The Inspex award winning entry was selected because
of the comprehensive design which takes the tedium
out of report writing and provides a software template
for the ease of preparing an inspection.’
Inspex will hold particular appeal for Architects and
Engineers. I believe there are plans to develop a ‘PayAs-You-Go’ model which will enable users to download
the Inspex template onto their own device.’

‘For the average person, the regulations and standards
relating to different aspects of buildings (and their use)
are a minefield and very difficult to negotiate at the
best of times.
On the other hand, the contemporary Inspex system
directly relates regulations and standards to different
elements of a building.’
45. Opinion| How does it work?
Opinion.
On the recommendation of an Architect John Doyle and Sara Carroll
commissioned a pre-purchase property inspection of an unusual property
‘It was a remarkable report. It was completely
comprehensive and even indicated down to the
kitchen cabinet door which needed to be replaced.
The report was absolutely clear and easy to
understand. We couldn't fault it.'
I would definitely recommend the service offered by
Inspex.ie.'
