Joseph Morgan & Associates offers high quality solutions
underpinned by capability,continuity,scaleandflexibility.
Audits
Audits provide a snapshot of a company’s current risk position, as
well as an accurate list of assets.
Joseph Morgan & Associates specialise in:
• Security reviews
• Risk assessments
• Operational risk management reviews
• Physical threat risk
• Identifying potential system failures
• Needs analysis to identify specific areas of concern
• Asset accountability
Design
Joseph Morgan & Associates believe understanding the client’s
needs are paramount and the first step to developing the most
appropriate and cost-effective security solutions. By
understanding the risks, and our customer's needs we are able to
provide the most suitable design to fulfil our customers’
requirements. The designs provided are completely independent
and as such, represent the client’s best interests.
• Review of architectural treatments for security
• Development and documentation of security procedures
• Design and documentation of security technology
• Fire evacuation drawings
4. Tender Specifications
This is a critical phase of any system installation and as such,
needs to be accurately defined and documented in order to
provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Full technical specifications
• Prospective tenderer profiling
• Letting of tenders
• Management of tender evaluation process
• Comprehensive report and recommendations
Project Management
This is another service option Joseph Morgan & Associates offers
to clients. We view our project management service as one of the
most important aspects in the consulting services we offer. As
project managers, we will develop time lines for the project, apply
risk management assessments and work with the system
integrator project manager to coordinate the overall installation.
We will gather progress updates for our clients on a weekly basis,
including providing HD photos, control any cost overruns or
installation issues throughout the project.
We will evaluate the integrators process and make sure that all
aspects of the work are being done according to the scope of
works, and the works carried out meet the applicable Australian
Standards to the highest level. As the install approaches the final
stages, we evaluate the performance of the system to make sure
it is working as it was intended. Finally, as the project comes to an
end, we ensure appropriate equipment training has been
provided, we will produce all closing documents with the
integrators, sign off as built drawings and manuals, and give this
approved package over to our client.
Joseph Morgan & Associates can also provide independent project
management services, for electronic security products which
Joseph Morgan & Associates have neither consulted nor designed.
We apply our knowledge and skills and implement a successful
installation for our clients.
5. Security Risk Solutions
Joseph Morgan & Associates prides itself in delivering solutions
that are totally tailored to the client’s requirements, and not
simply offering an “off the shelf” product that can only be applied
in a single, rigid manner. This is achieved by actively engaging with
our clients on a personal level to determine accurately what is
required, and subsequently delivering it in a cost effective and
responsible manner.
As security risks become more diverse and dynamic, the
requirement for organizations to keep pace with the rapid change
of circumstances within an organisation requires stability and
forward thinking.
The management of risk is the responsibility of all managers,
however it is a process that is required to be motivated by
management and driven downwards to the very last employee.
Our Security Risk Management Solutions include:
• Security Reviews and Site Security Surveys
• Risk Assessments
• Security Audits
• Due Diligence
• Medical Alert & Assistance
Awareness Assessment and Response Training
As the risk climate changes, necessity dictates that situation
awareness is crucial to the safety and security of all staff and
public within a client’s premises.
The success of an active shooter policy or guideline will depend on
planning and the appropriate implementation of that policy. The
protection of staff and visitors are key objectives. Lifesaving
options such as lockdown both electronic and physical, emergency
preparedness, event training and situation awareness are vital
tools. It is critical to educate staff to respond to these types of
events and to provide them with the knowledge and training to
remain as safe as possible.
Joseph Morgan & Associates can assist with the assessment of the
current knowledge base and implement policies in accordance
with the current “Active Shooter Guidelines for Places of Mass
Gatherings”.
