MARKET SUMMARY
 Sensex ended 37.67 points higher at 39058.06, and
the Nifty closed at 11583.90. About 1078 shares
have advanced, 1339 shares declined, and 159
shares are unchanged. Nifty PSU Bank outper-
formed while metal stocks dragged.

 Tata Motors reports loss of Rs 217 crore for Q2FY20; JLR segment looks up .The company said growth continues to be
affected by subdued demand, higher axle loads, liquidity stress, low freight availability for cargo operators and general
economic slowdown.
 Marico Q2 profit jumps 17% YoY to Rs 253cr,The board declared an interim dividend of 275 percent at Rs 2.75 per equi-
ty share for FY20,Marico has registered a 17 percent year-on-year jump in its Q2 consolidated net profit at Rs 253 crore
against a profit of Rs 216 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
 Revenue fell marginally to Rs 1,829 crore against Rs 1,837 crore.
 Shares of State Bank of India (SBI) gained 7.19 percent to end at Rs 281.60 after the company reported a more than three-
fold increase in Q2FY20 profit to Rs 3,012 crore compared to Rs 944.87 crore in the same period in 2018.
 Shares of textiles firm Arvind ended at Rs 45.75, up 0.33 percent after the company posted a nine percent topline growth
for Q2 FY20. However, the company's consolidated net profit declined 20 percent YoY to Rs 48 crore.
 Shares of InterGlobe Aviation, the owner of low-cost airline IndiGo, fell 11.91 percent to Rs 1,467.90 after the loss wid-
ened and margin contracted in the September quarter.
 Shares of IDFC First Bank rose 4.76 percent to Rs 40.70 following the sequential improvement in asset quality though net
loss widened QoQ as well as YoY in Q2 FY20.
