S.A.L.E.S. I have worked in the following markets: Toledo & Fairfield-OH, Houston, Dallas & San Antonio-TX, Columbia SC,
Charlotte NC, Hampton VA, Hyattsville, MD, Zion IL Bethany, OK , Tucson, AZ, Fishers, IN & Southpointe, PA. Aside from
analyzing property profiles, I also prepare extensive marketing plans and complete daily and weekly reports, outside guerilla

Business Manager, 12/2012-06/2013
Developed and implemented resident relation events for predominantly student-based properties. Collected and posted rents as
well as property income checks. Researched and resolved delinquencies on resident accounts. Developed and maintained
resident, vendor and company relationships. Maintained and introduced beneficial social media networks for both
properties. These properties maintained a total of 400+ units and are considered C-class communities with an average asking
rents of $1400-$2600.
Alta Hollywood Luxury Apartment Homes, (The Laramar Group), Hollywood, CA
Assistant Community Manager/Leasing Expert/Social Media & Marketing Property Director, 05/2010-01/2011
Responsible for creating and directing outside and internet marketing for Alta Hollywood’s Lease-Up process. Marketing tactics
included but were not limited to creating a sense of awareness six months prior to the completion of the property. Established face-to-face
relationships with primary neighboring and entertainment businesses specifically targeting clientele with a minimum annual income of
93k. Social Media marketing included generating SEO through key terms using Twitter, Facebook, 4Square, Active Building, Luxe List,
Forrent.com, ApartmentGuide.com, Rent.com, MetaCafe.com, and other related social network websites. Marketing also consisted of tangible
materials and assisting Community Manager with the coordinating and execution of social gatherings.
Actively participated in the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and Apartment Association events. Established fundamental
relationships with outside property investors and builders. Received high accolades from the CEO of Laramar for the execution of Alta

Responsibilities included but were not limited to, converting all prospective residential opportunities provided through the call center
into future residents, as well as being proactive with resident retention. Expected goals were met and exceeded with high occupancy retention
sustained over 98.5% during the 2010 second quarter. Maintained resident expiration logs up to 90 days+ and renewed new and existing
residents as the appropriate time and opportunity presented itself. Expected to deliver superb customer service patented directly from “The
Disney Experience” in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the Los Angeles and surrounding areas, as to have a competitive edge
over neighboring communities.
