There are 9 management functions for entrepreneurship, with 4 core functions: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Planning involves defining goals and mapping out how to achieve them. Organizing assigns work and authority according to the plan. Directing instructs and oversees employees to achieve goals. Controlling checks results against goals and takes corrective actions if needed. The other 5 functions are staffing, leading, technical skills, human skills, and conceptual skills.
5. PLANNING
◦Is also a management process,
concerned with defining goals
for a company’s future direction

needs to organize her team and

Assigning work and granting
authority are two important
elements of organizing.

the organization is
the framework

19. MY REFLECTION
◦ What I have learned about this topic, is that there is more
things beyond to consider before raising or starting an
organization specially on entrepreneurship. We must not be
contented for what we have, but we have to strive harder,
work harder for us to achieve what we wanted. And the last
one is, even tho problems and challenges came in, don’t
give up. Give up when it’s over. That’s all! Thank you for
reading my simple presentation about the Management
Functions in Entrepreneurship. Hope you have learned a
lot!💚
