1. Designs and layouts are unique to each customer and we offer
you the opportunity to build these Container Homes to your
requirements. Not only do we offer you the opportunity to choose
your own layout but we will also assist you in the designing
process and offer you free advice.
2. We design our Container Homes to be tasteful and comfortable so
that the occupants would feel at relaxed and at home. We use
only the best quality building materials for the best results. We
also spend a lot of time on the detail to give the occupant the
feeling of quality and style.
3. Not only do we design and manufacture Stylish accommodation
but we also do offices and more. We can supply you with many
different types of units such as Offices, Showers, Toilets, Storage,
Refrigerated storage, Mobile factories and much more.
4. We do different sizes and will design them to your requirements.
The smallest designs are 20-foot containers and our largest are
40-foot containers. We can also pack and stack containers to give
you a second floor or extra space.

requirements. We can adjust the Designs to be suitable for
different geographical locations and weather conditions. Some
markets experience extreme weather conditions such as
scorching sunshine and freezing winters.
2. The layout and design of these house containers is the most
economical and ozone friendly self-sufficient concept available on
the market. These units are completely self-sufficient and can be
used anywhere in the world without a water or power supply.
3. These container homes are easily assembled and disassembled
for easy mobility. This means that these container homes can be
moved from site to site without too much effort. If you require
them to be permanent it could easily be achieved by laying a
concrete and steel foundation.
4. No need for foundation depending on the terrain at the site of
erection. We have a variety of designs available for stills and
adjustable supports for these container homes. We can offer you
mechanical and hydraulic adjustable supports, stills and Jacks.
This means that your house can be level even on uneven ground.

10. Family units
These units are suitable for families or two persons sharing with a
single bathroom and larger Lounge and kitchen area. They are normally
configured with an open Lounge and Kitchen unit, 1x Bathroom and
two bedrooms. The rooms are more spacious and come standard with a
computer desk and built – in cupboards. You also have a choice
between two bedrooms fitted with double beds or one room with a
bunk bed configuration.
Sharing units
These units are suitable for two persons sharing with two bathrooms a
Lounge and kitchen area. They are normally configured with an open
Lounge and Kitchen unit, 2x Bathrooms and two bedrooms. The rooms
are less spacious but come with a spacious computer desk and built – in
cupboard configuration. You also have a choice between two bedrooms
fitted with double beds or one room as a office configuration for luxury.
