Achievements:
• Excellent ability to develop detailed and accurate design drawings and specifications
from initial concepts to final drawings for small and large-scale complex projects to
correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems at Heinz-Watties
• Re-engineered and designed the $5.7m replacement of all non-earthquake compliant
mild steel structures in the Frozen Vegetable processing plant. Ensured all new stainless
steel structures were code compliant, ‘fit-for-purpose’ and hygienic which lead to the
modernization and upgrading of production lines and equipment.
• Provided the drawings and support on the $4m relocation, design, installation and
commissioning of a jam kitchen from the Cottee’s jam site in Australia to the Hastings
site

• Assisted on the design and implementation of a new $3m automated pet food pouch
filler project, which included new building extensions and all civil works.
