Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
Coordinated, prepared and accounted for deployment readiness of 370 squadron personnel & support of 60 aircraft. Expertly controlled
mission readiness of 370 pax/$528M supplies for 250+ personnel for global taskings. Coordinated/scheduled all mobility training for
organization members through Security Forces weapon training mgmt information system, assessed units resources/training system
capabilities, and maintained/updated CAMS training database. Oversawmanagement/maintenance/usage of 30 land mobile radios valued
at $94K, critical to mission success. Led deployment processing practices for 118 squadron personnel in support of worldwide logistics
support commitments. Identified/tracked/shipped critical equipment in support of Global War on Terrorism. Ensured unit control center
prepared for 24 hour operations support in events of natural disaster and provided pertinent conduit for information flow. Skilled unit
ancillary training manager for squadron members; planned/scheduled over 200 personnel mobility requirements. Deployed 16 pallets/5
personnel in support of Hurricane Katrina relief mission.

Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor/ Deployment Control Center Transportation Representative
Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:
Provided vehicle operations services for 8.4K + personnel attached to 1st Special Operations Wing/HQ Air Force Special Operations
Command/38 base/tenant units. Established daily schedules to print key reports that ensured immediate mission workload requirements
be met. Reviewed contingency and mobility plans to determine support requirements and developed flight inspection checklists. Ensured
$3.2 million dollar vehicle fleet is maintained in safe and serviceable condition and available for customer use. Led 8 team members in
support of wing main base/flight line operations. Performed evaluations/appraisals on shift personnel through the enlisted performance
report evaluation system. Handled shift scheduling to comply with weekly workload demand. Deployment Control Center transportation
representative; coordinated all logistics movements of 3.1K passengers/707 cargo tons of equipment. As Transportation Representative
worked with a variety of logistics professionals to move passengers and cargo around base, flightline, deployment and contingency
locations. Trained and qualified six Airman in 74 dispatch training hours in the On-Line Vehicle Interactive Management System (OLVIMS)
2. for basewide logistics support. Implemented (OLVIMS) vehicle request reports to include open/closed/workload/manning data for
Operations Supervision analysis. Additionally utilized Air Force Dafis (vehicle dispatch module) and Cafis (licensing module).
