4. How the LCSystem application Works?
-Install the LCSystem App on your computer’s desk (Just click on it)
- Once Installed and opened ,depending on your needs, select one of the 3
buttons at the bottom
To update or
modify an old
document
To input the new
document
Exit Application

5.  It’s very important to fill in the correct information on the LCSystem App and
make sure that every word or number matches the LC’s letter requirements
 Once you have selected your desired option, proceed with populating indicated fields
with the LC’s information requested

6.  Once saved, the LCSystem App will convert the new document in a FILE with the
assigned name
 Once you have finished populating the new document/or correcting an existing,
press save and the document will be saved in the chosen place.
 You can work directly on the documentary output, which also serves as a PROCESS
Control . Updates/add itional changes are converted to PDF / sent by email or
available online.
 Once the LCSystem App has been
updated your documents are ready to be
printed.
