5. HYDROSERVICE
It was established in 1974 with the aim of providing the market with highly
specialized consulting and technical assistance as far as hydraulic plant
engineering and components are concerned.
Hydroservice has always managed to provide its customers with customized
and innovative solutions, working at its best in many different fields: energy,
petrochemistry, oil&gas, manufacturing machines, aeronautics, iron&steel
industry and civil engineering.
It provides turnkey systems and technical assistance for commissioning and
start-up.

6. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
It designs and manufactures hydraulic power units, skids for petrochemical,
energy and oil&gas plants, standard hydraulic units and special manifolds,
hydraulic cylinders and special parts specifically developed.
It offers maintenance and support services which are necessary to guarantee the
highest levels of efficiency required by the highest international standards.

7. THE NEED OF AN IMPORTANT CUSTOMER LED US TO INNOVATION:
• Need to replace existing hydraulic systems with new ones with a state-of-the-
art technology.
• > 98.5% high operational requirements to reduce downtime.
• Possibility to reduce the customer’s in-house spare parts warehouse.
POSSIBILITIES
• Suggest the customer to remotely monitor the system operating
parameters, record its performances and create an integrated
information dashboard, thus reducing downtime thanks to
predictive maintenance.
• Optimize the resources and materials used during maintenance.

18. LESSON LEARNED
• IoT is not our future. It’s our present and more contemporary than ever!
• IoT can be a real added value to companies and a competitive advantage.
• IoT is not limited to Large Enterprises that can invest great amounts of money and
support long and complex projects. Indeed, it can be implemented step by step
without huge efforts, large investments and workload for companies.
• IoT is therefore particularly suitable to be implemented in SMEs, where it can
immediately constitute an added value, reduce TCO and enhance the companies
flexibility.
