Responsibilities:
Expertise in OTC Rates Derivatives (Swaps, Swaptions, MTM, Caps and Floors,
Cross Currency swaps, FRA’s, FXO, NDF,EQUITIES etc.,) by matching the
incoming confirmations against our confirmations as per the Trades booked.
Correspond internally with Bank of America groups and with the G-15 Dealers to
ensure correct booking and execution of deals within T+2/T+3 (Dodd Frank and
EMIR regulations) and T+30 (Fed Targets) for paper and electronic (DTCC) trades.
Adherence to the Dodd Frank guidelines to confirm the trades within the TAT.

Raise queries to the front office, brokers, traders, and the On-shore business
partners on the trade discrepancies through the life cycle of the trade on a daily basis.
Reporting the investigational Issues and sending the End of the Day report and
Holdovers report on a daily basis.
Take up class room trainings to the New Associates in both product and process.
Handling the Global Process Map in collaboration with onshore Team, for the
enhancement of the Global procedures and to upload it into the Visio System.
UAT Testing conducted for the development of the process Applications relating to
Citirix.
Achievements:
Done a project (Just Do IT-JDI), by adding a TAB into the application DRUM for
uploading multiple emails saving 29hrs per month.
Done a project (Just Do IT-JDI), by initiating and additional queue into BOA used
application called Drum (Citrix) avoiding duplication of work by two Teams and
reducing the work of one FTE saving 21hrs per month.
Automation on the Digidash Dash reports in the Checking Team which has reduced
half an hour FTE work to 5 minutes which is considered under the Best Practice.
Received One Gold Award for the initiation of the new queue into the application by
reducing the Full Time Employee work by 21hrs per month.
One Gold Award for the JDI Project in enhancing the application used for repository of
the records and data.

Responsibilities:
Worked with FX Static Data for a shorter period at times of short staff, using the
applications GBS and CIBR in creating CIS number's confirming them with "SIERRA"
through which SSI's are done.
Feeding the SSI’s and approving for the payments for the second check approver in
GBS.
