the information related to health care and aids
• It was introduced to solve the complications coming from managing all
the paper works of every patient associated with the various

• It is the pre-timing of a patient visit to the hospital for consultation

• Website : Hospitals having their own website, appointment widgets
will be integrated onto the Website. Patients visiting the hospital’s
website can book online appointments with ease

• The In-patient system integrates all
the processes for In-Patient care
right from Admission to Follow up to
Discharge.
• It has Admission Discharge Transfer
(ADT), Inpatient Electronic Medical
Record (EMR) and Hospital billing
functionalities incorporated within it.

• It allows registering the doctors, working in a hospital as well as their
clinic details. It helps in the duty management of doctors and updates
them complete appointment details with a patient health history.

• It is a software system that facilitates the
management of samples, test results
and associated data to improve lab
productivity and effectiveness. A LIMS
provides the standardisation of
workflows, procedures and tests, and
also ensures control over the processes
in the lab

• Immunology – It is responsible for laboratory testing and clinical
consultation in several broad areas including the evaluation of
autoimmune disease, immunodeficiencies, immunoproliferative
disorders, and allergy, as well as having responsibility for some
aspects of infectious disease serology

• Hematology - The instruments include analyzers, flow cytometers,
coagulation analyzers, and slide stainers. Hematology analyzers help
to diagnose anemias, infections, viruses, genetic problems, diabetes,
cancers, and determine plasma drug levels, for both therapeutic and
illicit drugs.

• Billing is used to hold information on patients bills in different
departments in the hospital.
• The development of the system is to ensure that the number of
patients being attended to on daily basis is known or track down and
also at same time accounting for bills of the patients.

26. Expense Module
• It implements a complete expense management system, allowing to
define expense heads and enter expense records, It can then
generate daily, monthly & yearly head-wise categorised expense,
profit & loss reports.

• A patient who stays for one or
more nights in a hospital for
treatment.
•An inpatient is "admitted" to the
hospital and stays overnight or for
an indeterminate time, usually
several days or weeks or years,
sometimes until death.
