1. Position Title: QA Continuous Improvement Analyst
Dept / Function: Quality Assurance

b)Knowledge of the principles of quality.
c)Knowledge of process development.
d)Familiarity with quality systems.
e)Familiarity with HACCP.
f)Familiarity with the Standards, GFSI, ISO, BRC, etc.
g)Knowledge of manufacture operations.
h)Knowledge of Statistical Process Control
i)Knowledge of the SQF principles
j)Familiarity with SAP
k)Knowledge of PCM
l)Effective communication of technical and nontechnical information at various
levels both internally and externally.
Abilities a)Ability to manage change situations and work under pressure.
b)Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
c)Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels
to provide timely results.
d)Leadership skills and management capacity to influence the activities of
teams of employees who have no direct information to the QA Continuous
Improvement Engineer.
e)The position will work primarily on 1 shift.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Be specific with regard to years of
experience, special training, applicable degree (or critical college level courses), as well as
equivalency to education and experience.
Education:  Chemical Ingeniering, Food Science, Industrial Engineering or a related
topic.
