I have completed a management development programme through Connemara, specific to
Kansai Plascon in 2016, I also completed my Bachelor of Technology degree in Analytical
Chemistry at the Mangosuthu University of Technology in 2012. I also obtained a Programme
for Management Development certificate through Gordon Institute of Business Sciences (Part of
Pretoria University Business School) PMD16 in 2005/2006.
I matriculated through Mlokothwa High School in 1995 and completed my National Diploma in
Analytical Chemistry at the Durban University of Technology (previously known as ML Sultan
Technikon). In the third year of study, I did in-service training through Illovo Sugar Merebank
(PTY) LTD in 1998.
I have acquired great knowledge in laboratory environment, factory environment, management
and development of subordinates over the years under the employ of Kansai Plascon. I have
worked with Mainframe, Syspro, SAP ERP systems. I work a lot of Microsoft programmes –
word, excel, publisher, outlook and presentation. I have also acquired knowledge on internal
auditing for the International Organisation of Standardisation systems, namely ISO 9001,
ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
I am an avid, hard working, and determined person who is able to work under pressure. I have
good interpersonal skills and I work well in a team and alone. I have an affinity for success and I
enjoy challenges and trouble-shooting problems occurring in the laboratory and process-related
problems. I always thrive to inspire others to ensure consistent quality and adherence to laid
procedures in order ensure the results attained are accurate, precise and correct.
