 Dealing with all kinds of people and different nationalities use DU services.
 Handle customers’ complaints and hard calls gently and try to finish the situation
resolved.
 Finish the reports which were showing the current situation of calls and complaints

 Chosen for a rescue mission in Dubai to save the account in the period of the curfew

 Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and
reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
 Daily progress monitoring of specific project / campaign jobs and update as required
(punch list).
 Worked with Material Control manager for Handling all spares concerning the Direct
Reduction plant and Steel Melt shop by identifying and stocking them in the
warehouse as per the Danieli code and jet position.
 I was part of team and worked in codification system project by creating code for each
spare part.
 Shared my colleagues to collect the information’s regards the equipment’s and data
sheets to prepare PR list of all spare parts needed comparing with spares on hand.
 Coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, and Expediting to ensure project
materials are identified, purchased, and delivered to support the project schedule.
 Monitor and provide advice on expediting priorities, and support all field material
management activities.
 Making equipment history report and responsible to update it every day for all
failures, activities and routine actions in all the plant.
 Assisting & supporting my colleagues for making checklists for all the equipment’s.
 Spare parts monitoring by making weekly reports of zero stock items and prepare new
purchase request to compensate it.
 Responsible to make daily plan for equipment’s (crane, forklift,…etc).
 Assist and participate in preparing various Site work plans (Yearly / Monthly / Weekly)
that includes Preventive and shutdown Maintenance activities for all facilities.
 Attend project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements and
distribute minutes to all project team members.
 Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out
documents are obtained.
 Book all accommodation and travel for projects taking place.
 Daily routine activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents,
maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of documents and
drawings.
 Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and
correspondence.
 Register, log, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office and site project
documents and drawings.
