Mucous, intermediate, and epidermoid cells form pseudocystic spaces in what appears to be a mucoepidermoid carcinoma. At high magnification, mucous cell agglomerates project into cystic lumens while epidermoid cells exhibit eosinophilic cytoplasm. Intermediate cells are also present with minimal cystic changes, consistent with mucoepidermoid carcinoma.
