Don't add irrelevant sections to your RESUME (such as
Hobbies And Interests, Activities, Detailed Achievements
etc).

DON’T INCLUDE HOBBIES OR ACTIVITIES NOT

SPORTS)
Good to include leadership positions in community services
of students societies activities
Community services should be included but in ONE LINE
This section should scream “I am THE ONE”

Don’t use italics, underlining, or graphics
Don’t use any Twinkling or Shinning with the Fonts
Use bold only for headers
Use “scanner-friendly” fonts (Serif or Times fonts)
Times New Roman, Courier, Helvetica, or Arial are good

Font sizes of between 10 and 12
Scan & edit carefully, use spelling & grammar check
Use black ink on white background
