the company. Initially users have to log in to the system & need to enter their personal, technical skills, work experience,
academic & certification details. Then by simply clicking a button system generates a CV as a word document. Main idea of this
system to check company employee’s career details as a CV for management decision making process.

This is a system which insurance Europe uses to manage its contacts. It contains creating users, modifying users, assigning users to
specific roles, Email sending to system administrators regarding contacts changes. Creating groups, modifying group properties is
also a part of this system. In addition to that there is a specific feature as Admin validation. The thing happening there is, after
doing a group modification of contact modification admin must validate that change before it get affected to the database.
With suite Team Force services developed, COMPUTERLAND offers basic CRM solution.
It is integrated with project management, customer support, documentation, workflows; it easily interfaces with ERP in place.
Team Force-CRM provides monitoring and management of customers, contacts, opportunities, offers with reporting capabilities
and analysis.
The application is part of a suite of services that allow a company to cover the management of all its activities. In general, only
one additional accounting program would be needed to cover all the needs of management.

Trouble ticketing system
For all Effortel’s MVNOs, they track system bugs with a trouble ticketing system developed by Open Technology Real Services.
While the CRM captures customer complaints, this tool fields the technical issues related to the platform and passes them along
to their team to fix.
I was a member of that team who handled customer trouble tickets of following customers. In addition to that gave a service by
doing change requests.
