post-paid customers across all segments, thus delivering a single view of the customer. This 
solution allows common business processes across these different groups. 
The customer management solution interfaces to other key components in the solution via the OSB 
enterprise application integration component which provides a robust and managed integration 
framework as well as providing a level of abstraction to allow downstream components to be 
swapped out in the future with minimal impact. 
The post-paid charging component is the Oracle Portal (also known as BRM)

Description: Application Support and Maintenance for Vodafone Australia and Fiji

management functionality.

 Involved in analyzing the billing and invoicing errors and performing adhoc 
billing/invoicing for the accounts that were failed during Billing/Invoicing.

 Analyzing and fixing the failed payments that were not processed/picked during 
pin_collect run. 
 Developing the automation scripts for repetitive tasks to reduce manual work,

CDRs in the Infranet Database.
