Description: Data Migration
Vodafone is the key service provider of wireless services across the Greece region. The
Vodafone Greece has significant retail business across the region and supports the post-pay and
MVNO business. A common Oracle Siebel customer management platform is used for both pre and
post-paid customers across all segments, thus delivering a single view of the customer. This
solution allows common business processes across these different groups.
The customer management solution interfaces to other key components in the solution via the OSB
enterprise application integration component which provides a robust and managed integration
framework as well as providing a level of abstraction to allow downstream components to be
swapped out in the future with minimal impact.
The post-paid charging component is the Oracle Portal (also known as BRM)

batch based charging for all mobile services, fixed line telephony and DSL. In addition, this
platform stores the pre paid call records that were rated by the Alcatel IN so that they can be viewed

billing/invoicing for the accounts that were failed during Billing/Invoicing.
