Description: True Move is one of biggest Telecom operators in Thailand, our
company convergent billing solution allows True to charge for any
combination of services in a simple, all-inclusive bill, and supports the
bundling of services across all lines of business, reducing time to
market for innovative new services and improving the customer
experience. With the new enterprise billing enhancement, True will be
able to offer its corporate customers new features, such as pooled
allowances that enable the sharing of allowances between units in a
given organization. Corporate customers will also be able to set
maximum limits on shared allowances, send SMS alerts to preferred
contacts in the corporate hierarchy and distribute their charges between
the different units within the organization.
Currently I am relocated to Amdocs Thailand as Senior Infra
integration.
I am the only Amdocs Infra person on site to support BSS True Move
project in Bangkok.
My Role:
At began of project start, work with different team to design system
diagram, then installs our product and maintains the software
environments for any product permutation. Internal & External ongoing
troubleshooting support to different units. Preventive and learning
mode support of existing and new Software Releases as per project
directives; product and account versatility.
Key
Responsibilities  Work with different units (Version Manager, Development ,
testing, customer, IT) to provide software delivery from
compilation to runtime (simple and complex environments) by
driving for error free configuration and zero downtime for all
utilities
 Setup of various SCM (Software Configuration Management)
environments and build mechanisms in Amdocs and non-
Amdocs environment
 Provide full guidance on compiling, packaging and SCM
(Software Configuration Management) tool to development
teams during all product life cycle phases
 Optimize build process: Implement latest tools and Improve
existing utilities
 Troubleshoot build errors (simple & complex) and provide
immediate and long term solutions
 Worked with TACT team to discussion environment Detailed
Architecture, and communicate with customer IT team.
Prepared Prerequisite document, Installation plan and set
meeting with Customer to review all documents and make sure
customer understand plan.
 Design, configure, install and upgrade environments (e.g. stand
alone, integrated, clustered) through the product life cycle
(development, test, UAT, production) for internal and external
users
 Configure third party software (Java, WL) in the supported
different types of environments and build in conjunction with
development and architecture
 Ongoing troubleshooting environment operability problems and
services in critical and non-critical paths by using internal and
external knowledge bases to ensure maximum environment
availability
 Implement, use, improve and standardize Infra tools by ongoing
monitor of use & expected deployment, including update
processes and procedures.
 Provide environment related expertise to all stakeholders (e.g.
development , testing , customer) throughout the product
lifecycle
 Ongoing automating existing processes, through batch files and
shell scripting in order to remove team from critical path and
increase efficiency.
 Continuous interface with IT on network and system as part of
environment setup, maintenance and support
 Development, installation, configuration and administration of
Middleware third party SW (web logic, web sphere, tuxedo)
including documenting the process while doing so for the
 Facilitate ongoing monitoring of all activities within the
Infrastructure Middle Tier modules by using Amdocs and
no Amdocs tools.
 Build team knowledge capabilities and professional
development, focusing on innovations and saving
opportunities.
 Knowledge transfer to customer and site team, support them
to take responsibility.

Description:
Project of Telkomsel in Jakarta
I traveled to Jakarta around two years to support Telkomsel project
which is the biggest biggest Telecom operators in Jakarta (Billing
system and CRM system)
 Installation Billing and CRM product.
 24*7 production ongoing support.
 Monitor onsite integration activities, such as installation,
testing, trouble shooting and acceptance test to ensure the
quality.
Project of BOSS3 for Beijing China Mobile (BMCC):
 Communication with customer to analyze and scope customer
requirements.
 Prepare High-level design and Detail design based on customer
requirement and review with related team.
 Coding and testing for new CR or defect which related infra.
 Maintenance CC (Configuration Control) environment and
control product life cycle, compiling, and packaging products
delivery to customer.

1) E2E testing with CRM/bank/IVR and other external system:
 Discussion and review IA with customer & BA to
understand whole business flow.
 Design test cases and do review with BMCC, together
with relevant applications and BA.
 Execute test cases and prepare testing report.
