Error: Please select a marketing source.
• Do not select a source from the dropdown list
• Go to Marketing History, select the most recent marketing material.
• Future mailings will be grayed out since caller has not yet received the material.
5. Message: Selected credit union is domiciled in a different state than member residence.
• This is not an error message
• This is simply the system giving an FYI
6. Searching for a member.
• First search for the member, call status is NewCall – Inbound
• Subsequent searches for the member, call status is Existing Call
• Adding too much information will make member more difficult to find.
Can search by phone number
Can search by first name, last name and zip code
Can search by first name, last name and date of birth
Can search by social security number
Can search by a few letters of name with an asterisk and zip code.
7. Error: List Index out of bounds: 0
Try backing up to the member screen and starting over trying to rate it.
If that doesn’t work, close out of SFDC and relaunch it.
8. Error: Please provide this trace: Attempt to de-reference a null object.
Try closing out and re-launching Salesforce. Also make sure the information in the LiveOps script is the same as the person you are quoting.
This error is most likely to happen when you attempt to switch to a different person while in Salesforce.
Salesforce is trying to create or edit a record as requested but has encountered a problem.An Error 00004 with this
message "System.NullPointerExceptionAttempt to dereference a null object" is often due to a completed job in the device
trying to create / update a record but that record cannot be found. Either the name of the record you have entered is
incorrect or the record has already been deleted or changed in salesforce.
9. Age shows up as -1
• Check to ensure proposed insured’s age was entered correctly on previous screens.
