conventionsthatwe have learntthroughourmainstimulus(The BreakfastClub),thusasyoucan see
above we have chosento followasimilarconventionin havingtitlestointroduce eachcharacter
withthemina specificpose thathelpsthe audience tounderstandtheircharactertraitsmore.We
planto freeze the footage atthispart howeverinourroughcut we didn’tmanage to getround toit
due to lack of time.
The image on the leftagainshowshow we have selected
certainshotsfromour stimulusandtriedtorecreate themin
our ownway.This allowsustoensure we have a wide
variationof shotsand keepsusstickingto‘teendrama’
conventions.Moreover,we have more shotsthatwere
inspiredby‘The BreakfastClub’butare notentirelythe same;
thisallowedustobe creative inour owninterpretationwhich
challenged usintermsof how we couldmake our teaser
differenttothe real one.

out a hashtag;thisgivesita more professional lookasit looksclosertoa real teasertrailer.
Initiallywe hadthe issue of ourteaserappearingtooheavyindialogue atthe beginningwhichmade
the footage drag and itdidn’tseemtoflow like montage editingshoulddo, moreoverwe cutdown
the dialogue sectionbytakingoutunnecessarypartsof dialogue andinsertinganothershotin-
betweenthe ‘teacher’ssentence whichmade itflow more easily.
