Managing a 112 unit property that started at 62% occupancy.In less than 3 months I brought it up to 73% and ended on a 0
delinquency January and February of 2016. In a one person office I handle all aspects of leasing, clerical and management.
Duties include answering phones,showing apartments, accepting rent payments,processing applications, entering PO’s,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, filing, scheduling make readies, communicating with vendors,weekly and monthly
reports and resident retention.
2014 Schlumberger Equipment Operator Elk City, OK
Worked in the frac department at the Elk City, OK location; duties included driving heavy equipment out to location,
unloading hoses for chemicals, winging iron pipes to frac pumps, running sand into mixture and rigging down all equipment
when job is completed.
2013-2014 Property Manager Oklahoma City, OK
General duties include but not limited to weekly reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable,scheduling vendors and
inspections,vendorretention, resident relations, placing parts orders and overseeing staffs of 2-6 members
