We are recruiting a Senior Home Manager (private homes) to join our established property management team.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in running and developing our Home Management division
which provides home management (facilities management) services for prime and super prime private
residences in London.
The day to day role will include the smooth running of client residences, including detailed onboarding, creating
planned preventative maintenance schedules, site visits, regular reporting to clients / family office representatives
and managing planned and reactive works as required.
You will also liaise with clients, family offices, household staff and third parties on a regular basis to ensure
proactive and reactive management of properties and that all works and queries are handled and approved in a
cost effective, efficient and timely manner.

We are recruiting a Senior Home Manager (private homes) to join our established property management team.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in running and developing our Home Management division

Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 10 years’ property management experience (either residential homes or facilities management
for commercial properties)
- Client focused & a proven track record of relationship management
- Good knowledge of the central London property market
- Technically savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail orientated
Competencies:
- Proficient in the English language
- Good communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and presentable, both in person and on the phone
- An ability to create positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Process-orientated and genuine desire to build something from the ground up
- Commercially astute and client-oriented
- Able to switch seamlessly between strategic level activities and day to day operational tasks
2. - A structured, well-organised/methodical and resourceful person who takes initiative with minimal
supervision and is able to prioritise work effectively in a pressured environment
- Flexible and patient with a natural flair of handling the demands of HNW clients
