Overview: The successful candidate for this position will provide administrative support
for the Marketing and Transportation Engineering Manager. This department is an
engineering and project management service organization that develops and executes
projects and provides technical expertise to support the operation of Company assets.
This individual must be a quick learner, good communicator, and be able to successfully
multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department
on a day-to-day basis including, but not limited to, mail coordination, office
supply ordering, copying, and maintaining the department calendar.
Arrange travel for department personnel, as requested.
Enter time in SAP system and provide periodic reports.
Prepare and distribute departmental communications.
Perform meeting and event coordination.
Provide administrative project support (i.e. document routing, filing, etc.)
Interact with personnel to accomplish work responsibilities in written, electronic
and face-to-face format politely and professionally. Must have excellent
interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external business partners.
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a preferable minimum 3 years’
experience as an Administrative Assistant, strong organizational skills, excellent
