 70% TESTS (Selectivitat 20%, unit tests 50%)
 10% READING & CLASS ACTIVITIES
 10% WRITING ACTIVITIES
 5% ORAL COMPREHENSION
 5% SPEAKING

3. READING
 Reading activities included in the material will be
compulsory.
 Additionally, teacher will provide students a set of
reading texts and possible activites for them to
work on at home. These activities will not be
graded, but evaluated.

4. WRITING WORKSHOP
Every unit will include a writing workshop
 A writing activity will be held in class in small groups
organized by the teacher aiming at collaborative learning.
The result of this activity will not be graded, but evaluated.
 Students will do a similar activity individually at home. The
result of this activity will not be graded, but evaluated.
 Finally, another similar activity will be held in class
individually. This activity will be graded.
 IF ANY TRANSLATOR OR SIMILAR STUFF IS USED
THE RESULT OF THE ACTIVITY WILL NOT BE
GRADED NOR EVALUATED.

5. VOCABULARY
 The first regular class every week the teacher will
give students a phrase or idiom. Students will
have to check the meaning and be ready to give
an explanation as well as an example in use by
the end of the week.
 The correct use of the idioms and phrases in
writing and oral activities will be awarded.
