iTeam Fall 2014 Description - ePortfolio
1. Founded in September of 2014, iTeam is a Mohawk student support group facilitated by Educational Support students.
We offer assistance for integrating technology into learning, and provide a platform for students to explore innovation in
resource sharing and professional development. This is done by facilitating drop-In assistance, through the development
of creative projects relevant to innovation in the school of human services, and by engaging social media and online
platforms to share information and exchange resources. Future goals for the iTeam include building on previous
initiatives stared in Fall 2014, and exploring opportunities to volunteer in the community to support of the normalization
of technology in education.
During the Fall 2014 Semester the iTeam successfully accomplished the following:
Became an official activity for Mohawk’s new Co-Curricular Record initiative, allowing
