Report
Introduction
I am currently researching the views of Hispanic international students at Midwestern State University in Illinois, United States of America, with the assistance of the National Hispanic Cultural Center. According to Midwestern State Institution's estimates, a minimum of 5,141 undergraduate students will enroll in the fall semester. Students from many ethnic backgrounds work together to produce a unique mix of cultural expressions (Cobb et al., 2019). Preliminary research was performed, mainly via interviews and other study guides, to extract information about their adaptation to college culture, which is the primary subject of my investigation.
Background (Scopes and Purpose)
Because I'm working on a strategy to address the numerous issues that Hispanic students face at Midwestern State University, I'm releasing this Work Report to keep you up to speed on the progress of my final report. I hope you find it helpful. In response to the release of this report on accomplishments, I will provide information in the coming weeks on how Hispanic and Midwestern children may achieve more academic achievement (Soto et al., 2019). Although I did not cover every element of the topic, I made some reasonable recommendations for increasing communication between these two disparate groups of people.
Research Completed

3. Report
Introduction
I am currently researching the views of Hispanic international
students at Midwestern State University in Illinois, United
States of America, with the assistance of the National Hispanic
Cultural Center. According to Midwestern State Institution's
estimates, a minimum of 5,141 undergraduate students will
enroll in the fall semester. Students from many ethnic
backgrounds work together to produce a unique mix of cultural
expressions (Cobb et al., 2019). Preliminary research was
performed, mainly via interviews and other study guides, to
extract information about their adaptation to college culture,
which is the primary subject of my investigation.
Background (Scopes and Purpose)
Because I'm working on a strategy to address the numerous
issues that Hispanic students face at Midwestern State
University, I'm releasing this Work Report to keep you up to
speed on the progress of my final report. I hope you find it
helpful. In response to the release of this report on
accomplishments, I will provide information in the coming
weeks on how Hispanic and Midwestern children may achieve
more academic achievement (Soto et al., 2019). Although I did
not cover every element of the topic, I made some reasonable
recommendations for increasing communication between these
two disparate groups of people.
Research Completed
According to my study, cultural shock, language difficulties,
and other communication obstacles are some of the issues that
must be addressed to succeed. Students at Midwestern State
University, mainly from the Midwest, are given special
assistance in connecting with students at Iowa State University.
The latter is also primarily from the Midwest, according to the
school. Increasing the number of Hispanic advisors, on the other
hand, has the potential to result in more excellent assistance for
Hispanic students in higher education. According to another
source for my research paper, one of the most critical obstacles
4. to Hispanic adolescents attaining academic success in the
United States is the children's shocking lack of English
language competence (Cobb et al., 2019). Male heterosexual
students who struggle to communicate in English are less likely
to engage with their heterosexual peers fluent in English.
Increasing the number of opportunities for Hispanic children to
connect with competent English speakers in a safe environment
may help to alleviate the issue.
Research in Progress
The present research is focused on creating a mechanism for
finding advisors who are accessible to international students,
which will, in my view, offer them much more help and value
than they now get. Finally, the study's results will enhance
Hispanic international students' desire to interact with students
from other cultural backgrounds. This would also aid in the
improvement of communication between Hispanic children and
other children in the surrounding area.
Future Research
Current Hispanic international students at schools and colleges
throughout the United States will be interviewed to understand
better the help they need from institutions and society as a
whole. This will enable me to finish the rest of my research. In
addition, I conduct interviews with students from throughout the
university campus to get firsthand information from individuals
who have been directly affected by the issue. These resources
will also provide information on the challenges that Hispanic
and Midwest students encounter while fully engaging in the
educational process.
Schedule Estimation
a) September 30th - complete the last round of student
interviews throughout the whole campus.
b) October 10th - conduct data review.
d) October 17th - Submit a progress report.
D) November 4th - organize and submit the final report to the
professor.
5. Conclusion
Finally, I believe that Midwestern State University's efforts to
bring together undergraduate Hispanic and Midwest students
were practical. Although many of the problems highlighted in
the essay need further investigation, this is my personal view,
and I welcome yours. Despite the high number of Hispanic
students on campus, there are currently just a few advisers
specializing in advising Hispanic students. Increased access to
advisers for Hispanic students at Midwestern State College, in
my opinion, would enhance communication and overall well-
being for all students (Soto et al., 2019). Second, contact
between Hispanic students and native English speakers should
be encouraged at Midwestern State University to help them
improve their English language abilities. Knowing that I will
finish my study before the deadline enhances my ability to offer
clear and relevant suggestions for addressing this particular
problem.

English Proposal

English Proposal
This proposal outlines and analyzes the many problems that
Hispanic students face at Midwestern State University. As a
university student, I'm writing to request permission to discuss
the difficulties that all Hispanic students problems while in
school, which I think should be addressed right now. In the
7. following weeks, I'll be sharing information on how Hispanic
and Midwestern students may improve their communication
with one another (Soto et al., 2019). I believe we offered some
reasonable recommendations for increasing communication
between these two groups of people.
The Problem
A minimum of 5,141 undergraduate students is anticipated to
enroll at Midwestern State University. The ethnic composition
of the student population is varied. In this article, I'd want to
investigate the perspectives of Hispanic international students
at Midwestern State University in the United States of America
(Cobb et al., 2019). They will be interviewed about their
experiences adjusting to college culture, which is the main
subject of my study. General cultural shock, language problems,
and other kinds of communication barriers are among the
changes needed.
Solution
Midwestern State University specializes in assisting Hispanic
students in their relationships with Iowa State University
students, most of whom are from the Midwest. However, if
Hispanic advisors are raised, more help for Hispanic students
may be given. According to one of my research paper sources, a
surprising lack of English language competence is one of the
essential obstacles stopping Hispanic students from attaining
academic success. Hispanic students who do not speak English
well are less likely to interact with their English-speaking
8. peers. Giving Hispanic children more opportunities to connect
with competent English speakers in a safe environment would
significantly improve the issue (Cobb et al., 2019). I am
confident that increasing the number of advisors accessible to
international students will offer them much more help and
benefit than before. This can increase Hispanic international
students' willingness to interact with students from other
cultural backgrounds, which is a good trend. This would also
help to enhance communication between Hispanic students and
other local children.
Qualifications
Because I am frequently faced with the problems at hand as a
university student, I am exceptionally qualified to undertake
this research. I am familiar with their issues since I share a
classroom with them. To do successful research, I will be able
to draw on my prior knowledge of the topic. I will take the
initiative and create a prominent position for myself to conduct
successful research due to my excellent leadership and
communication skills.
Research and Development Plans
I wish to do primary research by interviewing current Hispanic
international students at colleges throughout the United States.
In addition to scholarly papers, I rely heavily on interviews
with students from throughout the university campus. These
sources provide information on the barriers that hinder Hispanic
9. and Midwestern students from fully participating.
Schedule
a) September 21st: Receive proposal approval.
b) September 30th: Conduct campus-wide student interviews.
c) October 10th: Conduct a data review.
d) Prepare a progress report by October 17th.
e) On November 4th, organize and submit the final report.
Conclusion
Finally, I think that Midwestern State University succeeds at
encouraging interaction between Hispanic and Midwest
students. However, I believe that a couple of arguments in the
article should be strengthened. Despite a large number of
Hispanic students, there are currently few advisors that
specialize in counseling them. I think that increasing the
number of advisors dedicated incredibly to Hispanic students at
Midwestern State College would improve their communication
and general well-being (Soto et al., 2019). The second
suggestion is that Midwestern State University provide Hispanic
students opportunities to connect with competent English
speakers to improve their English language abilities.
I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts after establishing
my study goals and the activities required to accomplish them. I
appreciate your attention and time.
