• CMS 250 Series Commercial MagStop clutch/brakes are designed for

Problem:
A reliable, power dense electric actuator was needed for use on
mower deck lift applications. With increasing deck sizes and
ground speeds being developed for faster mowing, the limits of
traditional electric actuators can quickly be exceeded.
Solution:
The patented Warner Linear H-Track electric actuator, with its
reliable load-holding capabilities, enhanced durability for higher
transport speeds, and ability to withstand high-pressure
washdowns, is the perfect choice for the next generation of
larger, faster mowers.
• Self-contained hydraulic actuation provides the performance
of hydraulics without the space requirements and expense of
a full-size hydraulic system

6. Garden Tractor
Problem:
To meet market demand, a leading garden tractor OEM
required an electric clutch/brake solution to replace a
mechanical clutch on a line of their tractors. The clutch/brake
is used to control the rotation of belt driven implements
including mower blades, snow blowers, etc.
Solution:
Warner Electric provided a Commercial Mag Stop clutch
combined with a spot brake and integral pulley.
• Push-button engage/disengage vs. a manual lever
• Brake quickly stops implement/mower blade rotation
(in 3-7 sec.) vs. a coasting stop
• Designed specifically for garden tractors with up to 31 HP
motors and 72" mowing decks.
• 200 ft.lbs. static torque rating
• Overmolded coil for increased contamination resistance
• Integral wire connector and hub key
