 While in Afghanistan acted as squad leader for a Special Operation Squad responsible
for 12 – 40 Soldier’s. Conducted Pre combat inspections, responsible for all reports
before, during and after all combat actions. During entire deployment with many combat
situations had no loss of soldier’s or equipment. Also developed all combat operations

 Demonstrated the ability to make life and death decisions in combat situations and to
brief before mission and debrief after mission to senor Officers.
 Surpassed all requirements in the leadership schools often ranked first in the class.
 MLRS-hydraulic crane operator/trouble shoot and repair any issues with Class A CDL
 10 years experience driving in all condition – rain, snow, dust storm, white out and black
out. I have also driven under night vision, infrared also a system that uses no light only
a screen on the dash

aircraft safety, aero-medical evacuation procedures, pathfinder operations, combat

 13 April 2010 – 22 April 2010 Army Basic Instructor, Trained to develop classroom
lesson plans, demonstrate effective management techniques for classroom instruction;
to understand various learning theories; adult learning styles; and to understand formal
and informal evaluation techniques.
 11 October, 2011 – 09 December, 2011 Ranger, Trained to be able to successfully
complete a rigorous physical and mental conditioning test, plan and prepare for combat
operations and use survival and field craft skills under harsh conditions to be the best
leader the military has to offer. Ranger school is the world’s toughest land based course
that is 62 days and three phases. First phase is based in Ft Benning where you are
physically challenged and soldiers start the squad level patrolling with little food or sleep,
Phase two is based in North GA in the mountains where soldiers learn mountaineering
and platoon level patrolling the last phase is based in Florida swamps and is an
extension of Mountain phase. Each phase is three weeks you are trained to push
beyond when normally would quit and to never give up no matter how harsh the situation
is.

Trained to be able to take ownership of learning using Self Development principles,
identify principles of effective management and military leadership philosophy, and
conduct various tasks.

ground marked release system (GMRS) DZs and Army verbally initiated release system
(VIRS) DZs, conduct sling load operations, provide air traffic control (ATC) and
navigational assistance to rotary wing (RW) and fixed wing (FW) airborne operations.
