The Admin Coach is responsible for handling various HR functions like recruitment, payroll, disciplinary procedures, appraisals and investigations. They also manage cash handling activities such as banking, till training, resolving till discrepancies and petty cash reporting. Additional duties include creating schedules, providing customer service and shop floor training, ordering supplies, covering the stockroom and store openings/closings, and participating in weekly reporting.
