Inside /Outside Sales: I obtained information from potential clients in the showroom regarding their requirements
for their home or business improvement projects. I then educated them on the products features, benefits and
pricing that best suited their needs. For customer's looking for pricing on installation I traveled to their residence. I
then supplied them with computer generated quotes that were based on their choices of products and any other
things that may be needed to be added for their installation. With clients that wanted to proceed the quote was
then changed to a contract & emailed to them. From there a 50% deposit was taken & I ordered the products from
the manufacturers & received an approximate date of arrival to the store. Next I did the specific work orders for
the install crews which included drawings of all the areas being done. For commercial client's quotes were
sometimes based on their blue prints. I generated sales over $ 450,000 with the highest profit margin in the
company.
Sales manager -The Floor Shop- Toronto, ON June 1998 - September 2014
Showroom and in home/business Sales: Same as above. I negotiated and signed over 300 hundred contracts
annually in residential and commercial properties. I was the number one sales generator for The Floor Shop’s three
locations every year with sales over 2.0 million annually plus excellent profit margins.
Licensed Sales Consultant -Liberty Insurance –Toronto, ON January 1995- June 1998
In home sales: I followed up on leads generated by mail out flyers through phone calls to prospects. I set up a
meeting with them at their home to provide to them information on whole life insurance. I was in the top 5
percent sales producers nationally.

Proficient in: Microsoft mail, Pacific Solutions, Simply Accounting, and Quick Books software. I have working
