6. 1.CAYENNE PEPPER
Sprinkle about a ½
teaspoon of crushed
cayenne pepper in your
gloves and socks and wear
them. The presence of
capsaicin compound in it
improves the blood
circulation in the body and
helps keep hands and feet
warm

7. 2.GINGER ROOT
Ginger root not only
enhances the flavor of the
food and prevents the
blood clots, but also
provides warmth to the
body. It can be used in 2
ways to treat the cold
hands and feet – first is to
bathe with the warm
ginger water and, second,
drinking hot ginger tea.

8. 3.GARLIC
Garlic is one of the most
trustworthy remedies to
get relief from cold feet
and hand. Consume 4-5
garlic cloves regularly to
get the desired results.

9. 4. BERRIES
Eating berries is another
good cold hands and feet
remedies. Hawthorn
berry, bilberry or
huckleberry are very
beneficial in this context.
You can also add certain
ingredients like cayenne
pepper, garlic or ginkgo
biloba for the best results.

10. 5. GINKGO BILOBA
Ginkgo is widely used to
treat many ailments. One
of its benefits is it
improves the blood
circulation and cleans the
arteries. Drink ginkgo tea
2-3 times a day.

11. 6. GREEN TEA
Green tea stimulates the
blood circulation of the
body. Make green tea by
adding ginger to it and
drink about 2-3 times a
day.
• Alternatively, you can
soak 2-3 green tea bags
in a tub of warm water
and soak your feet in it.

12. 7. LAVENDER BATH
Another useful natural
remedy for cold feet and
hands is lavender. Before
adding the lavender leaves
in your bathing water,
soak them in the cold
water overnight. Next day,
add them to a tub of
warm water. Soak your
hands and feet in it.

• Dubbed the most efficient nutritional
supplement out there, turmeric comprises
powerful compounds that have impressive
medicinal properties. Used for thousands of
years in Indian cuisine, turmeric contains
curcuminoids, powerful active ingredients
that act as antioxidants and have anti-
inflammatory properties. With curcumin
working on improving the boy’s blood flow
and its active ingredients alleviating the pain
in the affected area, turmeric is not to be
overlooked in the kitchen. It can be
incorporated in other dishes than rice. For
example, it can be mixed in with warm milk
and sweetened with a teaspoon of honey.
This concoction improves circulation and
decreases inflammation. Turmeric
supplements are also efficient because they
contain a high concentration of curcumin,
which works wonders for poor circulation as
well as numbness and pain in hands and feet

Packed with antioxidants, cinnamon
has anti-inflammatory properties,
decreases the risk of heart disease,
lowers blood sugar and can even
fight off free radicals, protecting the
body against cancer. But cinnamon is
also a strong ally against swelling and
numbness in hands and feet. Since it
is rich in manganese and potassium,
cinnamon promotes good blood
circulation and can keep numb and
tingling hands and feet at bay.
Combined with honey, the resulted
natural supplement can be taken in
the morning and in the evening to
help with pain and discomfort
